Sarah Poe has been with Factor Wealth since 2020 and serves as the firm’s Director of Operations. She holds the designation of Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®) and oversees the firm’s operational systems and client service processes. Sarah specializes in workflow design, technology integration, and operational efficiency, ensuring that every client experience reflects Factor’s commitment to excellence and care.

Working closely with advisors, Sarah leads initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. Her focus on structure and scalability supports Factor Wealth’s growth while maintaining personalized service.

Before joining Factor Wealth, Sarah supported executive leadership at fast-paced, high-growth companies, where she built a reputation for precision, discretion, and leadership. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, with a minor in Human Relations and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management.

Sarah’s experience in building systems and leading teams allows her to bring a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to her role. She is passionate about creating structure that empowers advisors and delivers consistent value to clients.
