DIRECTOR OF INVESTMENTS

Elena Sargent serves as Director of Investments at Factor Wealth, where she leads the firm’s investment research and portfolio construction efforts. In this role, she works closely with the investment committee to develop and implement investment strategies across client portfolios, with a focus on asset allocation, manager selection, and tax-aware portfolio design.

Elena specializes in evaluating both traditional and alternative investments, including private markets, and plays a key role in constructing portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Her work supports long-term wealth creation through disciplined investment processes, thoughtful risk management, and strategies that incorporate charitable planning and multi-generational wealth objectives.

Elena joined Factor Wealth in February 2026 after serving as a Portfolio Manager at Savant Wealth Management (formerly Huber Financial Advisors), where she managed client portfolios and contributed to investment strategy and portfolio implementation.

She graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. Elena brings a quantitative, research-driven approach to portfolio design and investment implementation.
